Exceptional Resolution to the issue by the Support Team

I feel compelled to follow up on my previous comment, as such an excellent response to a customer concern deserves recognition. With over 20 years of experience in the Interior Design industry, I know how crucial vendor support is for Designers and Decorators. very disappointed. No way to get help on tracking the shipment

Very frustrating to not to be able to contact the company when there is an issue. It is interesting that I am asked about giving a review on an item that is lost in transit and I can't get help from anyone in Cloud9 company to help me with tracking this product or get an estimate on its arrival. We ordered it for a project with a very sensitive timeline and our reputation is now compromised for this reason. Will not shop with this company again.
