We are delighted to have you as a customer and hope our merchandise meets your complete satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please note the following procedures: If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us within 14 days to file a claim. We will exchange the item as inventory allows and refunds may be granted as detailed below. NOTE: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Return packages are sent at customer’s cost.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours by emailing order@cloud9d.com and we will correct the issue at our expense. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the entire cost of returned items, and cover return shipping expenses.

OTHER ELIGIBLE RETURNS

If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. To initiate a return/exchange you must request a Return Authorization (RA) by emailing order@cloud9d.com

RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE

When accompanied by the original or gift receipt and in its original packaging regularly priced merchandise can be refunded within 14 days of receiving. Return shipping fees will apply. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Clearance items are non-returnable. OnCloud9 reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. OnCloud9 also reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges not made within the 14-day period.
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit, contact Customer Service immediately at order@cloud9d.com. We will ask for photos to determine the best course of action. All claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any claims made after 14 days will not be accepted. OnCloud9 reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. OnCloud9 also reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges not made within the 14-day period.
