Dark Grey and Black speckled Pillow

I have other pillows from OnCloud9 which are wonderful. However, the one which I received when I ordered (what looked to be a whitish pillow) arrived as a charcoal grey and black speckled pillow. I emailed the company because I thought I received the wrong item. They promptly investigated and kindly explained that there is a disclaimer in the description of the pillow which indicates that the color comes in variants of grey. I confess that I based my purchase on the picture on the site and did not read the description, but can’t imagine anyone would expect the very dark pillow I received.
